We personally guarantee all products to be free from manufacturer defect over the warranty periods stated on each item page. If an item does turn up defective during that period, simply request an RMA Number and then send it back to us for a replacement (if in stock). It's that simple. On RMAs outside of the company return period, please contact the manufacturer for additional warranty information. Shipping/Handling Policy: Shipping charge is included at time of purchase for orders within US. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed internationally to avoid fraud, etc.. We also reserve the right to switch to another carrier if necessary. Due to problems with handling by the US Postal Service, any systems or barebones with cases will be shipped via UPS.
No return for refund or
credit after 30-days from the invoice date. All returned products must be in
original packaging with original accessories, manuals, etc. in as-new
condition. All shipping charges are non-refundable. ALL RETURNED ITEMS
MUST HAVE A STORE ISSUED RMA NUMBER, OTHERWISE THEY WILL BE REFUSED. Almost all defective retail products may be returned in their entirety (including all parts and bundled software) to us for an exchange during the listed warranty period. When returning a defective product, a company issued RMA number is required and must be placed on the package in order to assure proper credit. Shipping charges are always non-refundable and will not be included on any refunds. On same-product exchanges, we will cover shipping charges to ship the product back to you.
